Emergency preparedness is a community effort. Our Emergency Management team works with residents, schools, businesses, community organizations, and other groups to promote preparedness and help our community understand what to do before, during, and after an emergency or disaster.
If your organization is interested in an emergency preparedness presentation, informational session, community event, training opportunity, or other public outreach activity, please submit a Public Outreach Request Form.
When completing the form, please provide as much information as possible about your event or request, including the date, time, location, and topics you would like us to address. Providing this information in advance helps our team determine how we can best support your request.
Please submit your request as early as possible to allow adequate time for scheduling and coordination. Submission of a request does not guarantee that an Emergency Management representative will be available, but every request will be reviewed and considered.
If you have questions about submitting a request or would like to discuss an outreach opportunity before completing the form, please contact our Emergency Management team.
