Need help navigating the complex world of veterans services?

The Alamance County Veterans Service Officers (VSOs) team is committed to helping veterans and their families access the benefits and resources they have earned. Our nationally and state-accredited VSOs have specialized training in VA benefits, ensuring expert guidance through the claims and appeals process. Additionally, our team has advanced appeals training, allowing us to effectively advocate for veterans at all levels of the VA system.

VSOs assist with disability compensation, pensions, healthcare enrollment, education benefits and survivor assistance. They also connect veterans to essential services such as housing support, employment resources and mental health care. Whether filing initial claims, navigating complex appeals, or seeking community-based support, our team is dedicated to providing expert, compassionate assistance.
