Child Support Services

North Carolina Child Support Services provides a range of services, including locating noncustodial parents, establishing paternity, setting support obligations, collecting and distributing support payments, and enforcing support orders. Please note that North Carolina Child Support Services does not address matters related to custody, visitation, or property settlement disputes. The goal of the Child Support Program is to help parents meet their responsibilities while promoting the financial stability and well-being of children.

Applications may be completed online at nccchildsupport.com or obtained and submitted in person at 319 N. Graham-Hopedale Road, Burlington, NC 27217. The eChild Support Parent’s Portal can be used to access payment information, review the status of your case, and manage other common activities.
